In brief: * From 1976 till now: stress management: research, training in individual and corporate stress management, surveys, change programs etc. • From 1989 till now: management and executive (team)coaching (ao at INSEAD since 1999) • From 1976 through 2007: academic career: ao. former Suez Chair in Leadership and Personal Development at the Solvay Business School, Adjunct Professor at large at INSEAD, Visiting Professor at the Vlerick School for Management and Professor at the Free University of Amsterdam. • From 1972 through 1999: clinical psychiatry and psychotherapy • From 1976 through 1999: director of several inpatient and outpatient departments (ao. reorganized a department and started two very successful greenfield operations) Ph.D. on my stress-research at the University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands). Certified as a psychotherapist and as medical specialist in neuropsychiatry, psychotherapy and rehabilitation. Internships 1 year at the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands), 3 years at the University of Leiden (The Netherlands) and 2 years at the University of Pennsylvania (USA), where I was a fellow. Graduated as a Medical Doctor at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium). Teaches in French, English and Dutch
